Greetings! My name is Noe and I’m a professional Sign Painter with over a decade of experience in the sign industry.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Most recently, I worked for the Los Angeles County Sign Department servicing government offices with wayfinding, directories, vehicle graphics and graphic design for the LA County Board of Supervisors, Fire Department, Sheriff’s Department, LAC+USC Medical Center, Parks and Recreation, and other County departments.

From 2005 to 2016, I worked as a Sign Designer for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), painting super graphics and murals which beautified and encouraged school spirit throughout the many K-12 school campuses in the district. During this time, I also gained experience in the entertainment industry, creating artwork and computer graphics for movie back drops, props and graphic installation for pop up shops.

I began my career in 2005 when I received my certificate in Sign and Graphics from Los Angeles Trade Technical College (LATTC). I trained in traditional hand lettering and computer graphics. I was awarded LATTC’s “2005 Tools for the Trade” award for outstanding achievement in my graduating class. I apprenticed at various sign shops learning today’s modern technology in the sign industry.

My experience in government, schools, and the entertainment industries make me a well-rounded and knowledgeable Sign Painter in both traditional hand lettering and modern computer graphics.
